Maintenance Supervisor- Aberdeen

About the role

We are growing and need your expertise to supervise maintenance operations at the property, ensuring excellent resident service and timely completion of service requests.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance, including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections.
• Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.

Requirements

• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role.
• Experience with skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.
• EPA or CPO certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
