Maintenance Supervisor 3rd shift 2-2-3 schedule

The Maintenance Supervisor supports all maintenance operations—planning, scheduling, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement—while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role plays a critical part in reducing downtime, improving performance, and developing a high-performing maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians to drive safety, quality, and performance
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment (fillers, labelers, cappers, case packers—you know the drill)
- Own and improve preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and boost efficiency
- Drive root cause analysis and implement real solutions (not band-aids)
- Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS to keep operations running smoothly
- Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable—building a strong, capable maintenance crew
- Ensure compliance with GMP, and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising a maintenance team
- Background in a manufacturing environment (GMP preferred)
- Strong leadership skills—you set expectations, follow through, and lead by example
