Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift (BSA-1)

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. They also manage the team of maintenance technicians and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure all equipment is maintained according to manufacturer specifications.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to facility operations.
• Prepare and submit monthly maintenance reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a similar industry.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
