Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance technicians to ensure effective execution of general and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Supervise daily operations, set priorities, and ensure equipment reliability by reducing unplanned downtime.
• Train technicians on proper job procedures, tools, and safety protocols, fostering a professional and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with production leadership to align maintenance activities with operational needs and ensure quality work documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis on failures, oversee work planning and scheduling, and lead maintenance projects.
• Maintain safety compliance, manage team communication, and assist with parts procurement.
