Maintenance Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Solutions Consultant who is hungry and eager to learn, grow, and find their best. Prior mechanical HVAC technical experience is required.

As an A-Team member, you will mine for new accounts, develop mechanical project solutions for customers, maintain existing client relationships, and follow through with each opportunity. You will appraise and survey mechanical systems, understand prospects' needs, and determine repair, modification, or replacement requirements to provide cost-effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, equipment, and job conditions to estimate costs for repairs, modifications, or replacements using company pricing standards.
• Increase existing customers' perception and use of the company's services by providing prompt, cost-effective solutions.
• Offer products to improve customers' facilities and identify prospects in assigned markets.
• Promptly follow up on leads and referrals, establish customer rapport, and identify needs.
• Maintain an active backlog of quotes to ensure booking goals are consistently met.
• Address customer concerns promptly to resolve problems and maintain long-term positive relationships.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years' experience in HVAC commercial service or a related field.
• Relevant technical experience, preferably in Facilities Management or Operations and Maintenance.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen, including cost modeling for consulting proposals.
• Experience in developing technical and cost proposals.
• Independent decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Competitive nature, articulate, goal-oriented, ambitious, and high energy.
