Duties

• Responds and attends to resident service requests.
• Communicates with residents to resolve maintenance issues.
• Aids the Service Manager in performing preventive maintenance of the asset.
• Pays particular attention to asset protection.
• Displays solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials to complete maintenance tasks.
• Follows all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Visually inspects the community and reports any maintenance concerns.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Excellent benefits package, including PTO accrual for full-time employment up to 120 hours during the first year of employment which increases by one day with each additional year of employment up to 200 hours.

Pay
