Maintenance Sector Manager (Experienced Professional)

Lead a team to ensure the availability and durability of equipment in its sector and optimize maintenance cost and energy in a continuous improvement approach. Enable the operation to achieve its goals of safety, quality, quantity, costs, and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Apply the Risks Prevention Plan and ensure safety requirements are met (for personnel and equipment).
- Apply the maintenance strategy based on equipment criticality.
- Implement maintenance plans, including process influent parameters (contribute to process control through the implementation, application, and evolution of maintenance plans).
- Continuously optimize the effectiveness of interventions (analyze maintenance results and implement necessary actions in a dynamic of continuous progress over short and medium-term horizons: week/month).
- Optimize maintenance cost (operational efficiency, energy, and spare parts consumption).
- Apply the steps and tools of MMW and standards for orderliness and cleanliness.
- Ensure the durability of equipment, particularly by addressing obsolescence cases.
- Adapt resources (competency and quantity), create training and succession plans.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior maintenance management experience.
- Confirmed leadership of teams, with examples of facilitating progress.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehousing or manufacturing environment.
- Consistent record of developing people through coaching, mentoring, and establishing development plans.
Technical degree is a plus.
