Pay range: $32.00 to $35.00 per hour. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm Central Time. This position may be remote or based at our corporate office in Newport Beach, CA.
Responsibilities
- Execute the planning and scheduling process
- Communicate schedules to technicians, Operations Management, and Customers
- Add new and generate existing Inspection Plans, Preventative Maintenance, and Corrective Work Orders as requested
- Assemble work schedules considering equipment needs, equipment availability, labor needs, and labor availability
- Work closely with the Directors of Operations, Operations Service Manager, and Supply Chain to optimize scheduled work
- Comply with work prioritization process involving operations, engineering, quality, safety, and other stakeholders
- Communicate and adhere to Field Service (CMMS) standards and usage
- Perform basic data analysis on Field Service, SCADA, and/or IoT information to plan maintenance and identify areas of opportunity
- Serve as the point person for Field Service setup around new capital, service objects, and assets, including asset hierarchy, inspections, PMs, and corrective maintenance
- Understand and communicate how various components fit and work together to operate equipment/systems
- Support sites with technical issues as they arise
- Participate in problem-solving activities and preventive maintenance development
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Understand basic maintenance metrics and their business significance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, plus 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Maintenance Planning, Operations, Customer Service, or Inside Sales experience
- Sophisticated, professional oral and written communication ability
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of email/scheduling software applications
- Experience with ERP software (e.g., Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Epicor, or SAP)
- Valid Driver License

Physical Demands
