About the role
This opportunity is focused on developing and managing routine maintenance schedules to support safe, efficient execution within an oil and gas or petrochemical facility environment. The role will contribute to workforce utilisation, equipment availability, resource levelling, and maintenance compliance while working across scheduling and execution activities.

- Work across scheduling and execution activities.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of maintenance scheduling experience supporting routine maintenance activities within oil and gas or petrochemical facilities.
- Experience scheduling small, medium, and large-scale projects.
- Experience supporting maintenance activities involving scaffolding, painting, insulation, heavy equipment operation, rigging and lifting, welding, fabrication, machining, work estimation, and planning.
Skills
- Extensive working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA.
- Prometheus experience.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling and execution processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of the various types of equipment used in the facility.
- Ability to apply advanced functions of scheduling tools and integrate schedules with appropriate adjacencies to optimise schedule impact.
- Ability to prepare resource planning in coordination with maintenance and operations leadership.
- Ability to identify schedule constraints, deficiencies, and trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Capability to analyse scheduling frequency, optimise activity sequencing, and balance resource allocation to maximise equipment uptime.
- Ability to support KPI development and produce reports on schedule compliance, including analysis of deviations, variations, and trends with graphical representation.
- Strong understanding of maintenance schedule compliance, documentation requirements, and regulatory, industry, and OEM requirements.
- Experience training maintenance planners and technicians in scheduling best practice and software use.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluent English.
- Able to work independently, think strategically, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- TWIC card in good standing status (Required).
- Current and valid state-issued driver’s licence (Required).
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical Degree or similar.
- Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Scheduling software definition and build experience.
- Experience working in a PHMSA regulated facility.
