About the role

Coordinates the ongoing assessment, maintenance, alteration and improvement of District facilities in Facilities Management and Services or Food Services. Oversees segments of a large database which maintains up-to-date information on improvements made to District facilities in the assigned division. Conducts and supervises assessments, as well as updates and maintains a relational database which includes a complete inventory of the components of each facility and its condition. Maintains communication with District personnel and external organizations involved in various capital projects.
