Maintenance repairman

Essential Job Functions

• Perform scheduled on-call responsibilities as required.
• Travel to multiple regional facilities as required.
• Able to operate woodworking tools and equipment.
• Able to complete all phases of drywalling including repair.
• Able to paint interior and exterior of facilities as required.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and outdoor facility maintenance.
• Able to perform lawn maintenance and seasonal upkeep.
• Able to snow blow, snowplow, shovel and remove snow as required.
• Perform upkeep and repair all household appliances including electronic devices.
• Schedule all maintenance and upkeep on vehicles including all paperwork required by regulations, laws or policy.
• Perform scheduled tasks as required such as:
• Semiannual furnace inspections
• Flushing out hot water tanks
• Furnace filter replacement
• Annual water u/v light replacement
• As needed regulatory water temp adjustments
• Repair and maintain household appliances to include but not limited to:
• Washing machines
• Clothes dryers
• Refrigerators
• Furnaces
• Boilers
• Dishwashers
• Microwaves
• Design, construct and erect wheelchair ramps, decks and porch additions.
• Perform other duties as directed and assigned.
