Responsibilities

This position focuses on plumbing projects and includes skilled maintenance and repair work across several trades throughout South Mountain Restoration Center. As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform the following duties:

• Plumbing Work: Complete tasks such as cutting and threading pipe and installing fixtures and systems
• Electrical Tasks: Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and work with control and distribution equipment
• Carpentry Skills: Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, trim installation, and cabinet work
• Painting Projects: Prepare surfaces,
