Maintenance & Remodeling Technician | $40/hr | $1.5K Bonus

About the role

Honey Homes gives homeowners a dedicated handyperson through a simple membership, so the work around their home actually gets done by someone they trust. We're now taking on the bigger jobs our members need: exterior repaints, dry rot repair and carpentry, decks, fences, bathroom refreshes with plumbing and electrical work, and more. We're growing our larger‑project team in San Rafael and the North Bay and looking for skilled tradespeople to do the hands‑on work on multi‑day residential projects. A project lead scopes the job and sets the plan. You bring the carpentry, the electrical, and the plumbing and execute it to a high standard. The work is already sold and scheduled. No bidding, no invoicing, no chasing clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute the scoped work on larger residential projects: demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, and cleanup
• Carpentry: dry rot repair, decks, fences, doors, trim, and finish work
• Electrical: fixtures, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, and small wiring tasks
• Plumbing: toilets, faucets, valves, minor pipe repair, and bathroom fixture swaps
• Painting and drywall: exterior and interior repaints, patching, and finishing
