Maintenance Reliability Supervisor

Join us at our Blue Anchor plant in Hammonton, NJ as a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor. Oversee daily activities and development of multiple technicians while identifying opportunities to produce great food more efficiently and at a low cost. Solve mechanical and electrical problems and execute continuous improvement initiatives in a 24/7 operation.

Collaborate with skilled tradesmen and other leaders to implement innovative maintenance programs, develop your team's expertise, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Establish work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability
• Incorporate a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement
• Direct, train, and develop maintenance team members in their area of expertise
• Use problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
• Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principles
• Identify, implement, and document maintenance and reliability best practices

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and related work experience
• Prior experience within plant maintenance or industrial maintenance is preferred
• Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work an off shift (7 pm - 7 am)
• Permanent legal authorization to work in the United States (Kellanova does not sponsor employment visas for this role)

Pay

The annual salary range is $77,200-$106,150, based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
