Maintenance Reliability Planner Supervisor

Maintenance Planning and Execution

Lead day-to-day and long-range maintenance planning for a 24-hour operation, including weekly, monthly, and annual work plans that improve equipment reliability.

Performance and Predictive Maintenance

Manage the Breakdown Elimination (BDE) process, monitor equipment stops, and oversee predictive maintenance activities to elevate plant performance.

Safety Leadership

Promote and enforce safety standards within the maintenance team to ensure a safe and compliant operation.

Budget and System Management

Utilize the plant’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintain alignment with the maintenance budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude on high-speed manufacturing equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong presentation skills
• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS software
• Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with employees at all levels

• Annual salary range: $84,800 - $111,300
