Maintenance PM

About the role

The Preventative Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing all duties regarding preventive maintenance on machinery in a CNC machining environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machines per directions given by Team Leader and Maintenance Manager.
• Assist maintenance in other areas as directed, including but not limited to:
• Changing and refilling coolant in CNC machines.
• PH balance of coolant to avoid rust or damage to the parts.
• Wiping down the machines, windows, and parts of the machine.
• Cleaning and mopping areas where coolant leaks are prevalent with machines.
• Perform light equipment repair under the direct supervision of the Team Lead.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and an excellent attendance record.
