Responsibilities
- Captures and communicates the maintenance schedule to internal and external customers
- Maintains accurate equipment history and reliability data
- Influences and drives consistent application and process improvements
- Identifies and implements efficient system operations modes
- Collaborates with team members to identify and address training needs
- Communicates standard practices and procedures
- Supports budget development and forecasting updates
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED; 5+ years maintenance experience (preferably as a technician, lead or planner), 2+ years planning experience, and 3+ years experience in the natural gas industry
- Vocational/Associates degree in technical field preferred
- Experience planning maintenance in compression-focused operations, utilizing condition-based maintenance (CBM) to improve equipment reliability and maintenance effectiveness
- Experience with Ariel, Caterpillar, Waukesha, Solar, York/Frick, and Elliott compression and rotating equipment preferred
- Ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Maximo Power User Training completed
- Strong skills in Oracle or similar ERP system
- Proficient in Power BI
Qualifications
Coordinates all routine and non-routine maintenance activities. Identifies resources such as inspection, equipment, and material procurement required to coordinate tasks in a diverse work environment. Demonstrates strong technical/functional skills related to specialized equipment and intricate knowledge of plant equipment, policies, and procedures.
