Maintenance Planning

• Create and manage maintenance work orders.
• Schedule and track preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
• Cook up and coordinate maintenance schedules with production and operations teams.

Inventory Management

• Manage maintenance spare parts inventory and stock levels.
• Identify critical spare parts and maintain minimum inventory levels.
• Receive, organize, and issue maintenance parts and supplies.
• Work with vendors to obtain quotes and order replacement parts.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the CMMS or inventory system.
