Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities and work orders.
- Partner with maintenance, production, and operations teams to ensure work is properly planned and executed.
- Prepare and kit work orders ensuring required parts, tools, and resources are available.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Help develop and improve maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability and performance.
- Maintain and update the Guardian Web CMMS system including work orders, PMs, equipment data, and parts information.
- Scope and define work to support equipment reliability and overall mill performance.
- Support Maintenance Supervisors in scheduling labor and resources to minimize production downtime.
- Review work orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
- Cookordinate with maintenance and production teams to manage changes and updates to preventive maintenance procedures.
- Maintain and update maintenance plans, SOPs, JHAs, and related documentation.
- Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and production teams to plan and execute maintenance jobs.
- Analyze and manage maintenance backlog data and support prioritization of work.
- Generate routine maintenance reports, schedules, and KPI tracking.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, planning & scheduling, or related manufacturing support roles, including production leadership or skilled operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
- General understanding of maintenance workflows and processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed to support mill operations or project demands.
Qualifications
- Technical school training or college degree preferred.
- Experience working with CMMS platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial plant equipment and specifications preferred.
Pay
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000
