About the role

Maintainspare parts inventory and conduct audits on a regular basis; Providesoftware training to end users and new administrators; serves as liaison forsystem problems. Workwith corporate EAM Business Analyst to implement standard object codingschemes, preventive maintenance procedures and scheduling. Managework orders in the system for accurate creation, planning, updating, and resolvingwork orders. Performdata analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and processchanges. Measureand publish facilities metrics to the management team. Providesupport as a Tier 1 EAM for the facilities team. Cultivatepositive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance teammembers. Promotea safe working environment by following all safety procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience; planning,scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
  • Experience with enterprise software and understanding ofstandard work processes.
  • Effective communication, presentation, problem solvingand analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (MicrosoftOffice; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with EAM ASE, data analysis, andasset management preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration,Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (MicrosoftOffice; Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Pay

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Planner position is $84,801.60 annually [or $40.77 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Planner position is $87,110.40 annually [or $41.88 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
