Maintenance Planner and Scheduler
About the role
Establish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer inquiries and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Responsible for data entry into Knapp CMMS, KPI reports and Excel Spreadsheets. Maintain and format excel spreadsheet and generate reports of daily, weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance.
Utilizing Kisoft Analytics, and SCADAPlan, schedule and track corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level. Review stock of spare parts with demand in the maintenance department. Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the CMMS. Coordinate and support plant-wide shutdowns as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Minimum 1-2 years in Industrial Maintenance.
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner and provide direction to others.
- Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvements and assist with implementing them.
- Strong Computer skills especially need to have Advanced Proficiency with MS office Excel and Access and knowledge of various CMMS software.
Qualifications
- Working Conditions and Environment: Overtime as required by work Authorized to work in the U.S. Occasional travel maybe required Professional office etiquette is required at all times.
- Physical requirements may include: sitting, squatting, walking, reaching out to arm’s length, reaching overhead, lifting between 50-100 pounds.
Skills
- Advanced Proficiency with MS office Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of various CMMS software.
