Maintenance Person/Handyman - Essex House Assisted Living

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our community safe, clean, and well-maintained
• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry issues
• Complete preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Absorb and assist with painting, room setup, and small renovation projects
• Maintain outdoor areas and common spaces
• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests

What We’re Looking For:

• Maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Pay & Schedule:

Competitive Pay (DOE)

Full Time - Monday - Friday
