Maintenance & Patrol (FT, Year-Round)

About the role

A full-time Maintenance & Patrol team member who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the RV resort and common areas
• Inspect facilities, grounds, equipment, and amenities and report maintenance concerns
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repair tasks as needed
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
• Monitor resort grounds and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or rule violations to management
• Assist guests and residents with questions or maintenance-related concerns in a professional manner
• Keep work areas, equipment, and resort grounds clean and orderly
• Assist with seasonal projects, preventative maintenance, and other duties as assigned
• Follow all resort safety procedures and policies

Requirements

• Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, property maintenance, security/patrol, or related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance and repair work
• Ability to identify and address safety hazards
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond appropriately to maintenance or property concerns
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and perform physical maintenance duties as required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass background check
