Maintenance / Painter
The JOB
As a Maintenance 1/ Painter you will help ensure that all areas of the resort are maintained to the highest appearance and working condition. Maintain the Guest rooms, public space, and back of the house areas to ensure they are presentable and in good working order.
Requirements
- Previous professional painting & maintenance experience with knowledge of multiple different maintenance specialties including:
- Minimum of 3 years painting and wallpaper background, including Tile and Drywall knowledge.
- Knowledge and experience in installing and preparing drywall and plaster surfaces.
Other Skills Beneficial

Schedule
This position requires full availability for any morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts.
