Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and healthy environment by carrying out a range of tasks including basic joinery, plumbing, painting, and general building work.
• Maintain plant, services, and vehicles in working order.
• Comply with safe working practices and report faulty equipment and potential hazards.
• Travel to other sites as needed.
• Check fire alarm points weekly, including fire exits, door retaining devices, and fire emergency lights.

Requirements

• A valid full UK driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

Experienced in all types of painting and decorating in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Willing to travel and hold a full valid driving licence.

Able to communicate at all levels and record detailed, accurate maintenance information.

Skilled at DIY and general maintenance.

Preferably Level 2 Diploma qualified in Painting & Decorating/Maintenance.

Friendly, conscientious, and an excellent team member with a positive attitude.

Benefits

• Salary: £13.15 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour after three months, rising to £13.70 per hour after 18 months.
