Maintenance Operations Specialist at REAZN

Responsibilities

• You ensure compliance with QHSE & Energy standards and take proactive action to improve safety and quality.
• You develop maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance plans in cooperation with the Maintenance Operations Assistant, ensuring minimal downtime.
• You manage external contractors coming into the facility, ensuring work meets safety standards, deadlines, and quality expectations.
• You track equipment performance and use KPIs to identify improvements.
• You provide technical support for complex electrical troubleshooting and are available to support the production team with urgent breakdowns during weekends.
• You make quick, safe decisions during breakdowns to limit production impact and report issues promptly.
• You help develop technical skills of the team members.
• You mentor team leaders and technicians, encouraging technical growth and safety awareness.
• You report to the Maintenance Manager, sharing updates on performance, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Automatisation or Electronics.
• You have experience in electrical troubleshooting, experience with PLC is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, tackling technical and operational challenges.
• You communicate clearly and report effectively to internal stakeholders and external contractors.
• You speak French and English.
• You are flexible, innovative, and open to continuous improvement.
• You work with a strong safety mindset in everything you do.
