About the role
The Maintenance Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair processes within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements of equipment.
- Document all maintenance activities and report findings to management.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.
- Experience with asset management software.

Pay
