About the role
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Pay
- Hourly wage: $17 – $30 per hour (actual rate equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay: $0.35 – $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed); multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met
