About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems across multiple craft areas.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform electrical work on lighting and power distribution
- Inspect and service plumbing systems
- Install and upgrade mechanical equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficiency in hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
