Responsibilities
- Performing scheduled preparation to clean, scrape, sand and repair walls including ceilings and exteriors
- Conducting preventative maintenance activities to ensure building systems remain safe and operational
- Setting up and using ladders, scaffolding, lifts and maintaining tools and spray equipment
- Discussing project needs, color choices, and deadline expectations
- Supporting life safety initiatives, including fire boundary inspections and preventative maintenance of firefighting equipment
- Utilizing work request systems to document tasks, maintain records, and track completed work
- Calculating material quantities and time needed for jobs
- Contributing to a safe, comfortable, and healing environment for patients, visitors, and team members

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of applicable experience in hospital or industrial maintenance or construction
- Valid New Jersey Driver License
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (Night shift)
Pay
$37.12 per hour
