About the role
The Maintenance Mechanic at Parker at River Road performs a variety of tasks including carpentry, painting, cleaning, and basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing work. They also drive the company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Performs carpentry, painting, cleaning, and basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.
- Drives company vehicle.
Requirements
- High School graduate or GED required, including courses in Shop, Mathematics, General Science, Plumbing, Basic Electricity 1, HVAC.
- Black seal boiler license preferred.
- At least two years of experience in the building trade.
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
- Flu vaccination required during flu season.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the building trade is required.
- May travel between facilities as required and/or scheduled.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, cleaning, and electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.
- Ability to operate a company vehicle.

Pay
$21.00 hourly rate.
Schedule
(2) shifts per month, including some weekends, from 7:00am - 3:00pm or 1:00pm - 9:00pm.
