About The Role We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery to minimize downtime and support daily production. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and finding ways to improve equipment reliability. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery, motors, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and make timely repairs to minimize downtime.Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical diagrams.Inspect, adjust, replace, and fabricate machine parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.Maintain accurate maintenance records and help manage spare parts and supplies.Partner with production teams to address equipment concerns and maintain a safe, organized work environment. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate's degree preferred.2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing.Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of motors, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.Ability to read technical diagrams and use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.Experience with preventive maintenance programs, machine shop equipment, or CMMS preferred.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset. Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, working at heights up to 35 feet, and bending, kneeling, or reaching to access equipment.
