Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience
• Certified in Heating and Air

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED with work in maintenance, construction, construction management
• Able to carry by Authority’s insurance

Skills

• Knowledge and skill in plumbing, electricity, carpentry, masonry, painting, refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Performing construction, remodeling and repairs
