What you will be doing:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyor systems, and dock equipment (levelers, doors, etc.)
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Troubleshoot and repair screen printing and embroidery machinery
  • Conduct general building maintenance such as HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, doors, and office fixtures
  • Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize disruption and support smooth operations
  • Cook up with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and service calls as needed
  • Aid in installation and setup of new equipment and office fixtures
  • Maintain organized tools, parts inventory, and a clean maintenance workspace

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment preferred
  • Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot equipment issues independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance logs and reporting

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, warehouse, or industrial environment
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read technical manuals and effectively troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying temperatures
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance activities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with forklifts or material handling equipment
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
