MAINTENANCE MECHANIC III

Job Responsibilities

• Completes paperwork associated with Work Orders and turns in on time.
• Fills out Incident Reports and notes critical turnovers in Maintenance Redbook.
• Completes work orders, both scheduled and unscheduled, within the allotted time constraints.
• Maintains a neat and organized workspace, including assigned mechanical and electrical rooms.
• Maintains proper inventory levels of parts in assigned areas.
• Appears professional in dress and appearance in the work area.
• Uses proper techniques and personal protective equipment to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Utilizes technical skills to complete work requests, both scheduled and unscheduled, professionally and thoroughly.

Job Requirements

• Associate's Degree (Required)
• 3-4 years experience in a related field (Required)
• Mechanical/electrical background including familiarity with repair and maintenance tools and terms
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

Customer Service Orientation

Customer Service orientation is mandatory.
