Maintenance Mechanic III
Role and Activity
Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various types of machinery and equipment, including industrial machines, production equipment, HVAC systems, and more.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify the root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
Repair and Replacement: Perform repairs, adjustments, and replacements of faulty components, such as motors, pumps, bearings, belts, gears, sensors, and wiring.
Welding and Fabrication: Utilize welding and fabrication skills to repair or modify equipment as needed.
Calibration: Calibrate and test equipment to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Training: Provide guidance and training to less experienced maintenance staff.

Work Environment
The work is fast paced. The position involves frequent exposure to nuts and other potential allergens.
Pay and Benefits
The pay scale for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The pay range for prospective employees in this role is between $33.67-$34.95 an hour.
