About the role

Location: McMinnville, TN | Facility: St. Thomas River Park Hospital | Department: Facilities | Schedule: Day shift, Full-time

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May handle complex assignments involving multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction.
• Applies specialized knowledge and expertise in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Repairs heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, and ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installs and maintains motors and specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school or
• 2 years of related experience or
• Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
