MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic on 2nd shift (3 pm – 11 pm) in Lancaster, PA. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll help bring cereal to customers by ensuring production equipment operates efficiently, including optimal performance, safety, and reliability of machinery used in production and processing operations. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work closely with maintenance personnel, production operators, and engineering staff to ensure equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems (conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics).
- Troubleshoot mechanical failures and conduct root cause analysis.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals.
- Document maintenance activities and manage inventory in SAP
