Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday projects available, paid at overtime rates

Pay

• $32.00–$40.00 per hour
• Annual earnings up to $83,200 plus overtime
• Direct-hire, full-time opportunity

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Install and replace machine components
• Help minimize downtime and support production goals
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Valid driver's license
