Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-Site) Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Maintenance Mechanic opportunity supporting building operations, inspections, and repairs across facility systems and interior and exterior areas. Our team is seeking a reliable professional who can help maintain safe, functional, and well-kept work environments while handling a mix of planned tasks, special requests, and after-hours emergencies. Responsibilities Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts, and support repairs to building and equipment systems.Perform general interior maintenance such as hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems, and completing minor plumbing repairs.Carry out special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, moving furniture and equipment, and assigned facility inspections.Document work completed and materials procured, follow safety procedures, and support after-hours emergency response when needed. Required High school diploma or GED equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft., and perform frequent climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and driving.Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.Ability to comply with company and client-directed policies and procedures; completion of an applicable technical training program is desirable.
