Maintenance Mechanic
Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, pneumatic actuators, conveyor networks, and three-phase motors.
Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections according to our CMMS schedule.
Maintain and repair utility and facility-related equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
Diagnose basic electrical and PLC faults using schematic blueprints and digital.
Respond rapidly to emergency production line breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
Assisting and training other maintenance personnel with repairs, preventive maintenance, and rebuilds.
Collaborating closely with production and other departments to proactively resolve equipment issues.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude with systematic troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting, industrial controls, and motor controls (strong plus).
Comfortable using mechanical lifts and ladders, and with kneeling, bending, and twisting; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and are willing to work an off-shift position with rotating shifts and overtime, including weekends.

Rotating schedule of 12 hour shifts: 3 days on, two days off, two days on, three days off. Work approximately 15 days a month and have a three day weekend every other weekend.
