Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

Full-time Maintenance Mechanic position at Seneca Foods Corporation in Montgomery, MN, a food production and distribution center located approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of canning room equipment and other areas as instructed
• Appropriate budget planning and cost control
• Seasonal employee supervision
• Pack duties as assigned
• Employee relations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Good mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
• Two-year degree and/or equivalent experience preferred

Pay

Starting wage range based on skills, abilities, and experience: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
