About the Role

This is a hands-on maintenance mechanic position with real variety. You will work independently, manage your own time, and take ownership of keeping the facility running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing diesel engines
• Troubleshooting hydraulic systems
• Performing preventive maintenance
• Handling basic electrical repairs

Requirements

• 2+ years of mechanic experience
• Hands-on experience with small gas and diesel engines, pumps, hydraulics, and basic electrical
• Welding experience
• Self-starter mindset - ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Positive attitude and solid communication skills
• Flexibility for overtime and varying shifts when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
