About the role
We’re looking for dedicated, hands-on individuals to join our growing Maintenance team as Maintenance Technician at our Hatfield, PA facility.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using appropriate tools and diagnostics
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Conduct routine equipment and facility inspections to identify and resolve potential failures
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational disruption
- Maintain and monitor building systems including HVAC, compressed air, and plant utilities
- Accurately document all maintenance work in logs or CMMS systems
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumable materials
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Trade school certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance
- Familiarity with CMMS systems preferred
- Working knowledge of safety standards and safe work practices
- Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Attention to detail in documentation and inspections
- A strong safety mindset and commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong time management and task-prioritization skills
- Adaptability in fast-paced, reactive environments
- Clear communication skills when coordinating with production teams
