What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using appropriate tools and diagnostics
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Conduct routine equipment and facility inspections to identify and resolve potential failures
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize operational disruption
- Maintain and monitor building systems including HVAC, compressed air, and plant utilities
- Accurately document all maintenance work in logs or CMMS systems
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumable materials
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Education & Experience
- High school diploma required
- Trade school certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with CMMS systems preferred
- Working knowledge of safety standards and safe work practices
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic and caustic chemicals, volatile materials, and moving machinery
- Standing and walking for most of an 8-hour shift with frequent reaching and handling of materials
- Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Routine use of hand tools, air-powered tools, and cleaning solvents
- Consistent use of PPE due to potentially hazardous conditions
