Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mixers, conveyors, boilers, and packaging machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate assembly, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Adjust and calibrate equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, including HACCP and GMP.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage.
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related challenges.
- Assist in the installation, relocation, or upgrading of equipment as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Industrial mechanic experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Familiarity with food-grade equipment and sanitary maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and hand tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus).
- Certification in welding or electrical work is a bonus.

Pay
$28.00–$35.00 per hour, commensurate with your qualifications, licenses, and level of experience.
