About the role

Newport Housing Authority / Neighborhood Foundations is seeking a qualified, full time apartment maintenance man or woman with strong skills to work in Newport KY.

Responsibilities

• apartment turnovers
• general maintenance repairs
• prepping & painting units
• work orders as needed

Requirements

• some formal training in one of the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting or refurbishing is a plus
• general maintenance of exterior grounds and systems
• willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than repair and maintenance
• valid driver's license and be insurable
