Maintenance Technician Duties

• Apartment turnovers
• General maintenance repairs
• Prepping and painting units
• Work orders as needed

Qualifications

• Some formal training in carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, or refurbishing is a plus
• General maintenance of exterior grounds and systems
• Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than repair and maintenance

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and insurable
