Maintenance Mechanic
About the role
This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts. The position will include call rotation once orientation is complete.
Responsibilities
- Responds to maintenance emergencies
- Performs preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Performs general duties in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry
Requirements
- Trade school or equivalent training and experience required
- Boiler training certificate, or application submitted at time of hire required
- State license as Boiler Operator required within 12 months of start date
- Valid Driver’s License required
- One year of related experience required
Qualifications
The ideal candidate demonstrates experience in building and controls automation, refrigeration, and boiler training. Strong HVAC diagnostic skills and a well-rounded generalist approach to supporting the engineering department are critical to success in this role.
