Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts. The position will include call rotation once orientation is complete.

Responsibilities

• Responds to maintenance emergencies
• Performs preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Performs general duties in plumbing, electrical, mechanical and carpentry

Requirements

• Trade school or equivalent training and experience required
• Boiler training certificate, or application submitted at time of hire required
• State license as Boiler Operator required within 12 months of start date
• Valid Driver’s License required
• One year of related experience required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate demonstrates experience in building and controls automation, refrigeration, and boiler training. Strong HVAC diagnostic skills and a well-rounded generalist approach to supporting the engineering department are critical to success in this role.
